Olivia Voll responds to the pass against Dunmore.

Elk Lake opened the 2019 campaign at home on Wednesday against Dunmore.

The Lady Warriors volleyball team was swept by the Bucks in straight sets, 25-13, 25-9, and 25-15.

Amanda Voll had six service points and a pair of kills and an ace, and Amelia Comly made two kills, had a block and two service points.

The Lady Warriors were blanked again on Friday night as they were swept in Montrose.

Allana Warner had nine points, five aces and two kills; Olivia Voll added five kills and eight assists; and Amanda Voll chipped in five points, three aces and one kill for Elk Lake.

Elk Lake battled in the first set, forcing extra scores, but ultimately falling 29-27. The Meteors took the remaining two sets 25-9 and 25-13.

The Warriors were

back on their home court Tuesday night against Abington Heights, after this paper published.
